Delivery Information

When placing an order, within 15 working days the product is transported to the specified customer's destination with the export documents of the given country by the way "from door to door" or the preferred version of the client.
   Shipping is done in a paid version, depending on the conditions of your chosen product.
1. With the courier, 1-5 business days via FedEx.
2. EMS courier version, 5-15 business days.
3. Through HayPost postal within 29-59 business days.
4. With any order, you will be given a tracking ID. You and we can follow the delivery process.
   Please note that international orders are subject to import taxes and customs duties.
   The buyer is responsible for all import payments in accordance with all laws and regulations relating to that country. Dalan.am can not provide any information on duties and taxes. 
   The customs policy of the countries differs from each other. If you have questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
